Webster Szanyi LLP, with offices in East Aurora and Buffalo, is seeking to add to its growing Labor & Employment law team. The Firm is experiencing rapid growth in its Labor and Employment law group, as well as its Education Law group. The candidate must be admitted to the New York State Bar and have experience in labor and employment matters. Litigation experience is a plus. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a dynamic team of lawyers and paralegals. Issues addressed will include counseling, training and defense of clients regarding compliance with all employment statutes, labor relations matters including collective bargaining, grievance matters and arbitration, investigationand defense of discrimination claims before federal and NYS and agencies, andfederal and state court employment litigation. Clients include both public and private sector employers.
Webster Szanyi LLP attorneys have represented employers in the Western New York region for over 30 years. We have handled matters for some of the area’s largest employers, and have tried discrimination cases to verdict in the Federal Courts in both Rochester and Buffalo. We have successfully negotiated collective bargaining agreements for both public and private sector employers, and are the go-to attorneys for many clients on the most complex matters.
