EXPERIENCED immigration attorney to handle a full range of cases including: family-based immigration (adjustment of status, immigrant visa processing, fiance visas, etc.), employment-based immigration (investor visas, TN visas, H-1Bs, etc.) naturalization and complicated citizenship cases, removal defense, and more.
- Minimum of 1 year full-time experience as a practicing immigration attorney;
- Must be licensed to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction with no disciplinary history in any jurisdiction;
- Must have superior communication skills with clients and colleagues / staff;
The successful candidate must be able to handle a full range of immigration cases at the outset, without extensive instruction on the law and procedure. We try to provide all the tools our attorneys will need for success, but the candidate must have the base knowledge, experience, people skills, maturity, organization, and confidence to excel in this role.
