The ideal candidate is a solo practitioner who believes that their practice would flourish from the benefit of a firm setting. Responsibilities: Directly communicating with clients • Preparing for and attending court hearings and trials • Drafting all manner of pleadings • Communicating with opposing counsel and court professionals • Drafting correspondence • Negotiating Settlements • Working closely with support staff to ensure effectiveness and client satisfaction • Comfortable with a billable hour requirement • Confident • Strategic • Reasonable • Good at Priority Management • Detail Oriented.
