Our Corporate Practice Group is seeking to hire an associate to join and work in our Rochester, NY office. We are not seeking candidates who desire to work remotely.
The ideal candidate will have five to six years’ experience working on complex mergers and acquisitions, other major business transactions, and commercial contracts. Candidates will need to be comfortable interacting with sophisticated clients and their accounting and financial advisors. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent client servicein a private law firm.
