Prestigious Buffalo, NY based law firm seeks Attorney with civil litigation experience to join our Commercial Litigation Department.
Qualified candidates must possess 2-5 years’ civil litigation experience, preferably in business and commercial law litigation. Must be licensed to practice in NY.
Responsibilities include: legal research; drafting pleadings and motions; taking and defending depositions; participating in oral arguments and court appearances.
