Description

Large local municipality seeking attorney to act as head of Employee Relations Department.  Must have a strong background and understanding in Labor Law, Civil Service Law and bargaining unit negotiations. The position coordinates all the personnel functions of the municipality, including implementation of all Federal and State employment related laws, regulations & training, Worker’s Compensation case management, oversight of all matters related to Federal Department of Transportation regulations, the municipalities Health Plan, and all OSHA & PESH related safety and training activities. Strong Management skills are imperative. Salary will commensurate with education, experience and abilities.
