Phillips Lytle is looking to expand our talent within our Banking & Financial Services Practice Group and seeks to hire an Attorney in our Buffalo office with a minimum of 3 years of experience handling lending transactions and loan restructuring. Experience negotiating and drafting loan documents, reviewing collateral files and due diligence, drafting forbearance agreements, and managing other matters pertaining to work-outs is a plus.
