The Opportunity
We're seeking a motivated associate attorney with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This isn't just another associate position - it's an opportunity to work directly with experienced partners, experience client interaction and management, take on significant responsibility from day one, and help shape the future of a growing practice. What You'll Do
- Corporate transactions
- Mergers and Acquisitions
- Business entity formations and dissolutions
- Commercial real estate closings
- Lease negotiations and commercial transactions
- Serve as general counsel to private and public sector clients
- Non-profit and charter school representation
- Build direct client relationships and drive business development
- Collaborate with partners to deliver exceptional client outcomes

- $80k - $85k salary, based on experience and skill level.
What We're Looking For
- Self-motivated, well organized, and success-seeking
- JD from accredited law school
- 2-3 years of relevant legal experience
- NY bar admission (or willingness to sit for the February 2025 exam)
- Strong interest in corporate law, transactions, and business counseling
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Collaborative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
- Desire to grow with a dynamic, women-owned firm
