Description
Roach, Brown, McCarthy & Gruber, P.C. seeks an associate attorney interested in litigation. Prior litigation experience is preferred, but not required. The associate will defend medical malpractice claims on behalf of individuals and institutions, as well as touch on various general liability claims. The associate will have the opportunity to learn from and grow with an active trial practice. He/she should be motivated and committed to assume increasing levels of responsibilities, knowledge, and experience.
Responsibilities include: attending depositions, hearings, trials, and oral arguments; drafting pleadings and motion papers; and preparing discovery. Generous employee benefit package. Competitive compensation commensurate with the associate’s experience and skill.
