Job Description:
As an associate attorney at Hamberger & Weiss LLP, you will play a vital role in our litigation practice. You will have the opportunity to handle a diverse range of tasks, including:
- Conducting legal research and writing on various insurance defense and workers' compensation issues.
- Participating in hearings, depositions, trials, and appeals.
- Engaging in frequent courtroom appearances and maintaining daily client contact.
- Representing clients at hearings, handling litigation cases, and conducting depositions within your first year.
- Opportunity for full equity partnership

Perks and Benefits:

- Competitive base salary starting at $70,000 to $140,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Substantial performance bonuses allowing associate attorney to earn well in excess of their base salary
