Description
Gross Polowy, one of NY's Best & Brightest Companies and Best Places to Work in WNY, is seeking an experienced litigator to represent plaintiffs in foreclosure actions and related proceedings. Candidate must be in good standing and admitted to NYS Bar, and have 2-5 years’ experience, which includes drafting motions, memorandums, and briefs for state supreme court.
Experience with oral argument on motions and home retention/loss mitigation settlement negotiations is helpful. Banking, financial services, or title/real estate experience is also desirable.
Candidate must be a highly organized team player with strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have the ability to adapt to changing policies, procedures, & practices. We are seeking a candidate that is able to work independently and be proactive with bringing matters to resolution.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $72,511.00 - $92,751.00/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits), dependent on the position offered.
