Description
Hamberger & Weiss LLP is seeking admitted associate attorney candidates to fill positions for its ever growing New York State litigation practice. The candidate(s) will handle a variety of workers’ compensation and insurance defense issues with the opportunity to witness proceedings including depositions, trials, and appeals. The associate position involves legal research and writing on a vast variety of issues involving all aspects of insurance defense and workers' compensation litigation with frequent courtroom appearances and daily contact with clients. Candidates must be organized, detail-oriented, and results driven. Candidates will have the opportunity to represent our clients at hearings, handle litigation and conduct depositions within their first year.

The firm offers a competitive salary from $65,000 with Salary commensurate with experience, 401K and health insurance package.
