Bennett Schechter Arcuri & Will LLP (www.bsawlaw.com) is seeking an associate attorney with up to six (6) years’ experience to join our Insurance Defense practice group. The associate will have the opportunity be involved in the representation of Fortune 500 companies, major retail businesses, national transportation carriers and insurance companies in the defense of litigation claims throughout New York State. The firm believes in team first approach, and associates will work directly with the litigation partners. The ideal candidate will have deposition experience, attention to details, excellent writing, and communication skills. Only attorneys admitted to practice in New York will be considered.
