Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of a Workers Compensation and
- Personal Injury Claim from intake to trial and appeal
Requirements
- Analytical ability and strong attention to detail
- Computer skills
- Excellent negotiation and communications skills
- Law Degree
- NYS Bar membership in good standing
- Experience in Workers Compensation and/or Personal Injury preferred
- Excellent salary and benefits package offered. Salary dependent on experience with income potential exceeding $200,000.00.
