Associate Attorney

The Dietrich Law Firm P.C. a dynamic and rapidly expanding boutique serious personal injury law firm in Buffalo, NY is looking to add an associate attorney to our team.  Our firm has been ranked as one of the Best Places to Work for 2025 by the Buffalo Business First, a recognition-based on employee feedback in key engagement areas such as communication, leadership, and team dynamics. We are seeking an Associate Attorney to help us maintain our gold standard of providing the highest level of service to our clients.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in New York State
• Attorney in good standing
• 4-6 years with plaintiff’s personal injury experience preferred
• Independent thinking and ambition
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Aggressive attitude to bring cases to a conclusion at top value

Compensation

• $150,000 - $300,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Manage sizeable caseload
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Learn and stay updated on developments in personal injury law
• Legal research
• Draft pleadings and motions
• Ability to negotiate
• Prepare cases for Mediations/Arbitrations and Trials
• Conduct depositions, attend pretrial conferences and court hearings
