Who We Need: Our Third-Party Insurance Defense practice group is seeking an Insurance Litigator with 3 - 10 years of experience to work in our Buffalo, NY office. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, hard-working, self-motivated, and contributes to our positive culture.

Insurance Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:

• Conduct depositions

• Develop litigation strategies

• Draft litigation papers

• Manage cases independently

• Perform investigations

• Prepare cases for trial

• Report to insurance carriers and other clients

• Summarize medical document review

Our new Litigation Associate will also be exposed to preparing motions, conducting examinations under oath and depositions, and conducting extensive document review in sophisticated insurance litigation.

Insurance Litigation Attorney Requirements:

• Admission to the New York State Bar

• At least 3 years of relevant experience

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Familiar with all phases of discovery

• Have an interest in investigating and litigating insurance claims

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
