CLE: Title IX at the University Level: From Complaint Through Appeal

Title IX, enacted in 1972 as part of the education amendments to federal civil rights law, prohibits sex-based discrimination in any school or any other education program that receives funding from the federal government. This CLE, featuring local experts on Title IX at the post-secondary level, will explore current Title IX procedures at the college/university level, examine expected changes, and provide a broad overview of application of the rules and procedures to real-life situations.
