About the Speaker: Attorney and educator Margaret Phillips, Associate Professor and Director of Paralegal Studies at Daemen College has been teaching legal research and writing since 2001 and recently published an undergraduate textbook entitled: “A Practical Guide to Legal Research and Analysis for Paralegal and Legal Studies Students” (West Academic 2020).
