A Special Meeting of the Association will be held for the purpose of considering and voting on Proposed Amendments to our Bylaws
A quorum is required to conduct business at our Special Meeting. Your attendance and participation are therefore important. If you are unable to attend, you can request a proxy via mail or email. A request for a proxy can be made to Stephanie Belasik via email at sbelasik@eriebar.org or by calling 716-852-8687 ext. 115. Only active members are eligible to vote.
You may participate in the Special Meeting by attending in person (RSVP is below) or virtually on February 4th by registering below.
