Navigating the New York Virtual Court Appearance Platform (NY-VCAP)
The New York Virtual Court Appearance Platform (NY-VCAP) is a custom built software for virtual and hybrid court appearances designed to improve access to justice for the public and streamline interactions with the courts. This training will prepare attorneys and other legal professionals to operate NY-VCAP with confidence and will review the support resources available.
After a pilot period in several courts, NY-VCAP will be rolled out to more venues across the state in the coming months. Join us to learn the details of navigating the platform, watch a live demonstration of the system, and get your questions answered before you and your clients need to use it!
