The Association's conference rooms are for rent at rates significantly lower than market rates. Meeting rooms will accommodate seating from 6 - 30 in our 6th floor offices at 438 Main Street. Room capacity varies with desired seating arrangement. Room rentals include:

  • Wireless internet access
  • VCR/DVD players/monitors and new large screens for viewing
  • Photocopy and faxing service
  • Catering (food cost is additional)

Conference rooms can be rented on a space available basis in 4 hour sessions:

  • $50/session member rate
  • $100/session non-member rate
