Associate General Counsel

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking a full-time Associate General Counsel. The Associate General Counsel assists the General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel in handling a variety of legal matters at Roswell Park, including preparation, review, and negotiation of a wide array of Roswell Park contracts, structuring health care transactions in compliance with applicable regulations, counseling with respect to regulatory compliance, and assisting with other legal issues as directed.
